Wow wow wow 🤩
In our Urmston Sports Club group on Tuesday morning Denise bagged her stone award after being with us for 7 weeks, she called the number and got a self referral and look at her fly! And Melanie Anne blew our socks off and picked up her 5 stone award and celebrated her first year with us !!!! Amazing what you can do with a room full of support and learning about your own habits.

Oooh grape nuts I do love them! I used half of my healthy fibre allowance so I can have a hifi bar planned with a brew tonight! Golden kiwi 🥝 and nectarine 🍑 and a kvarg yoghurt, it was lush!
