It’s okay to rest. Rest is not quitting 👍

Blue Monday isn’t actually a scientifically proven “most depressing day,” but it taps into something real. Winter can leave a lot of us feeling low energy, less motivated, and in a low mood. ❄️

It’s a reminder to check in on your mental health, especially because Seasonal Affective Disorder affects many people. Charities use the day to encourage self-care and to remind anyone struggling that it’s okay to ask for support.

If today feels heavy, don’t ignore it, treat it like a signal, not a weakness.
