In the past I’ve felt depression and anxiety. I’ve felt lonely, isolated, unloved. I’ve pushed people away… and sometimes I’ve wondered if life was worth it.

When I first spoke to Heather she lacked confidence in herself and didn’t like what she saw when she looked in the mirror. Heather wanted guidance and motivation to help her Change and become the best version of herself.
