Set the Rower screen so you can see the distance you row, put the level up to 10. Start by holding the oar with extended arms, knees bent and feet on the platform, strapped in. With your back straight and core engaged, push back first with your lower body, then use your upper back to pull your hands towards your chest. Release your arms and bend your knees to glide back to the starting position.

The Rowing Machine is a great fully body exercise for improving muscular and cardiovascular endurance, whilst reducing body fat. Rowing can also help improve your strength, posture and flexibility.
