**COMPETITION TIME**

Eve’s Pole dance and Yoga will be a year old on the 28th of September. To celebrate our first birthday, I give one month membership ( pole or yoga) to a lucky person 😍

So this will be my timetable to start with 😊
I will share an app next week you can book your classes.

Morning yoga classes will be for energizing and strengthen your body to be ready for the day 💪 Nice relaxation at the end, using mantras and mudras to have a healthy body and mind. 🙏

Easy yoga classes will be for people who want to see what is yoga like, we will do general asanas to keep your body maintained 💪 Nice relaxation at the end, using mantras and mudras to have a healthy mind and body.

Evening yoga classes will be a bit longer as we'll also have meditation at the end. 😊

Yoga mats, yoga strap and yoga block will be provided on the classes, also I will use essential oils and candles 🙏
If you sign up for one of my memberships, you'll get a yoga journal as well.
