Take back control, navigate menopause like a BADASS & smash your fat loss goals! Although I have been a fitness instructor for over 18 years, my weight has fluctuated doing those years. From being an hot stepping aerobic instructor back in the late 90’s early to a Fitness Manager in 2020. I have always had a passion for fitness and my interest in nutrition has become strong as I began to realise that you ‘can’t out train a bad diet’. I am qualified as a Nutrition Coach with Josh Silverman at the LNDM Academy. And continue to stay up to date with current guidelines and information. More recently qualifying as Exercise Referral Instructor and gaining knowledge about the Menopause. My goal is to educate you about food, how it fuels our bodies, help achieve our goals and create a good relationship with food. I want to it to be a lifestyle change for you, not a quick fix or a diet for a certain amount of days. I want to give you the tools to continue this for the rest of your life, whenever you need it and to know that NO food is banned. My aim is that you stay with me until you have all those tools in your belt and gained enough confidence to go it alone. You can always come back if you need that little bit of extra help. The doors are closing...

My coaching world just got even more exclusive!

As I enter a whole new chapter of my life, going for WFH self employed biz queen to adding more to my plate... setting up a whole new biz, building it from the ground up, creating a community that I've dreamed of for so long!

Takes a lot of time and energy. And I know I can't be superwoman all the time.

The little time I have I want to keep on investing in my current clients, they are the ones making huge progress and I'm supporting all the way, that is not changing.

What is changing ..... I'm closing my doors to new clients - for now.

You want the quick fix, the magic 🪄 formula, the easy options but in reality it gets you nowhere fast.

You end up feeling frustrated, overwhelmed and fed up that your efforts feel in vein 🤬

This was client N about 2 years ago, still chasing that smaller body with super low cals, over training but most weekends were blow outs.

It's not been an easy journey but OMG it's been so worth it.

You're desperate for those super quick results, you think your body is AmazonPrime!

Years past you could, stop eating chocolate for a week or so and the pounds would fall off you, it was dead easy.

Now it’s not, nothing seems to work. You stick to 1200 cals as long as you can, then think F**K it, what’s the point of all this effort for nothing.

Are you thinking about jumping into super restriction, cutting out whole food groups, not socialising until Christmas, hitting the gym 7 days a week to claw back all your actions and behaviours over the summer 🤨

Or would you rather get back to normal routine, ease yourself back into eating a few more veggies, adding more protein, getting to bed at a decent time, maybe reduce the amount of nights you're drinking alcohol?

No matter what my clients do over the summer, they know that picking up the thread is exactly what they need.

My summer was wholesome, I didn't worry that 3+ weeks off the gym has ruined all my gains, 3 weeks of eating pastries, puddings, crisps, burgers, pizza and what felt like endless amounts of pasta wasn't going to mean I have to press the F@ it button and keep going.

I've had my fun times, making THE best memories but now I'm ready for some routine, my own bed, veggies and back to the gym and Reformer.

Once you stop giving away your power it's easier to make choices that are aligned with your overall goals.

Ask any one of my clients, they step away from tracking and number chasing to find freedom to make the choices they want - not what MFP or other tracking apps tell them they 'should' be doing.

You can have all the knowledge your want in CD, dieting and restricting but if you don't address the issues below then NOTHING is going to change 🤨

This is what sexy & confidence really looks like👇

Not the smallest version of me. Not perfectly posed or filtered. Not chasing validation in a dress size or a scale number.

Confidence is: 🔥 Being present on holiday without tracking every bite 🔥 Saying no to workouts when rest is what I need 🔥 Choosing outfits that make me feel flipping awesome  🔥 Laughing loud, dancing freely, and owning my space

Confidence didn’t come when I hit a certain weight. It came when I stopped waiting to feel “ready” and started showing up as I am.
This photoshoot wasn’t about proving anything. 
It was a reminder….
 I’m allowed to celebrate my body, my strength, my energy… now.
Not when I’ve earned it. Not when I’ve “fixed” it. Now.

And if that kind of sexy speaks to you? You’re already halfway there.

You need a beach body first....

You diet to be slim as you can to fit the bikini 👙

When in reality you already have the body to fit the bikini

You need the confidence to wear it

Because we're so conscious of how we look 👀 we tell ourselves EVERYONE is scrutinising us within an inch of our lives.

When in reality, you sit by the pool or at the beach, you see all shapes, sizes, b***s out, bums out, thin, fat, jiggly tummy's, skinny, saggy skin, young peachy bums - everything you can imagine!

You also notice that no one is actually looking at you.

They're too wrapped up in their own lives to notice you, the shape of your body, what you look like or what you are wearing.

And if they did then it's a flitting moment in time. They may think something, they may think nothing.

But you will never know.

The ones that care the most.....
