From being an hot stepping aerobic instructor back in the late 90’s early to a Fitness Manager in 2020. I have always had a passion for fitness and my interest in nutrition has become strong as I began to realise that you ‘can’t out train a bad diet’. I am qualified as a Nutrition Coach with Josh Silverman at the LNDM Academy. And continue to stay up to date with current guidelines and information. More recently qualifying as Exercise Referral Instructor and gaining knowledge about the Menopause. My goal is to educate you about food, how it fuels our bodies, help achieve our goals and create a good relationship with food. I want to it to be a lifestyle change for you, not a quick fix or a diet for a certain amount of days. I want to give you the tools to continue this for the rest of your life, whenever you need it and to know that NO food is banned. My aim is that you stay with me until you have all those tools in your belt and gained enough confidence to go it alone. You can always come back if you need that little bit of extra help. You Are Not Too Old, and It’s Never Too Late
Let me say it louder for the people in the back: You are NOT too old, and it’s NEVER too late!
Somewhere along the way, we’ve been told there’s a “cut-off” for chasing our goals. That once we hit a certain age, we’re supposed to settle, slow down, or accept where we are. But let me tell you a little secret—that’s absolute rubbish.
No matter your age, no matter where you’re starting from, it’s ALWAYS the right time to take a step toward the life you deserve. Whether your goal is to:
💥 Feel stronger and fitter than ever before.
💥 Create more energy to keep up with the life you love.
💥 Rock that dress in the back of your wardrobe with unapologetic confidence.
💥 Take control of your health and feel alive again.
It’s all possible—if you start now.

My coaching world just got even more exclusive!

As I enter a whole new chapter of my life, going for WFH self employed biz queen to adding more to my plate... setting up a whole new biz, building it from the ground up, creating a community that I've dreamed of for so long!

Takes a lot of time and energy. And I know I can't be superwoman all the time.

You want the quick fix, the magic 🪄 formula, the easy options but in reality it gets you nowhere fast.

You're desperate for those super quick results, you think your body is AmazonPrime!

Years past you could, stop eating chocolate for a week or so and the pounds would fall off you, it was dead easy.

Now it’s not, nothing seems to work. You stick to 1200 cals as long as you can, then think F**K it, what’s the point of all this effort for nothing.

Are you thinking about jumping into super restriction, cutting out whole food groups, not socialising until Christmas, hitting the gym 7 days a week to claw back all your actions and behaviours over the summer 🤨

Or would you rather get back to normal routine, ease yourself back into eating a few more veggies, adding more protein, getting to bed at a decent time, maybe reduce the amount of nights you're drinking alcohol?

No matter what my clients do over the summer, they know that picking up the thread is exactly what they need.

My summer was wholesome, I didn't worry that 3+ weeks off the gym has ruined all my gains, 3 weeks of eating pastries, puddings, crisps, burgers, pizza and what felt like endless amounts of pasta wasn't going to mean I have to press the F@ it button and keep going.

I've had my fun times, making THE best memories but now I'm ready for some routine, my own bed, veggies and back to the gym and Reformer.
