We operate locally from our Uttoxeter "Cambridge Cabin" which is fully stocked and registered with the food standards agency and is also equipped with a Tanita medical body scanner. From here we can provide weekly, fortnightly or monthly face to face weigh-in’s, or for your convenience we also offer local collection and local deliveries in person, plus courier deliveries right across the UK. All of our services are backed with our full personal one-to-one support and motivational messaging. We also have our unique "one2you" support app that allows you to track your weight loss journey, chart all your losses, engage in digital challenges and also place your orders online. Since 2012 we have helped 1000’s of slimmers through their weight loss journey. This has made us experts in almost every aspect of weight loss. So no matter wether you want to quickly lose a stone before your holiday, constantly lose weight during menopause, rapidly loose weight to help with fertility or cautiously lose weight to help stabilise your bloods for diabetes then we are the consultants for you. It’s cold 🥶, dark and wet 🌧️ so a little pick me up with a packet of The 1:1 Diet Maple 🍁 Pancakes 🥞.. what’s not to love 🥰 … 200 filling calories with a third of my daily nutrients and they are gorgeous 😋

Should bathroom scales be in your hotel room 🤔 Yes ✅ or No ❌
I couldn’t resist hoping on them when we arrived from into however water retention was a massive problem for me so I weighed again the day after and now they are just hidden 🤪 after all the is providing a wall to wall

Multi award winning and advanced trained Sales Champions Claire and David have an envious track record for getting slimmer’s to goal!
We work from our Weight Loss Clinic based in Dresden which is equipped with calibrated Medical Grade Scales and a Medical Body Composition Analyser. The clinic is fully stocked and has easy access from the A50/A34 with ample free car parking. We accept payment by debit/credit card and of course cash!
Claire: After having my second child I was very aware of my size and I didn't want the first couple of years of her life not to include me in the family photo's like it had been with my son. So after a conversation with one of my best friends I decided to give the Cambridge Weight Plan a try and to be fair at first I was rather sceptical, however my opinion soon changed. In a very short time I noticed, as did everyone else that my dress size was shrinking rather quickly which was amazing as I couldn't believe that something so simple and cost effective could work so fast. I was so passionate about the Plan and how it helped change my life that I now work full time as a Cambridge Consultant, which means I am available for both daytime and evening appointments.
David: Having seen the effect that Cambridge had on my wife both from a personal and professional point of view and after not being able to exercise for over a year due to having two frozen shoulders I too tried the plan and felt so good after losing the weight that I also became a Consultant. From being fit to being fat I have experienced first hand how demotivating and depressing being overweight can be and I firmly believe that improving your health and fitness is a fundamental part in regaining control of your life. I have experience and proven results with clients who have low motivation/willpower or who have additional difficulties such as hormone/thyroid or mobility issues.
