Seated exercise with Annie Windross at the Heath Community Centre to start the day off right ( ok to wake us up on a monday morning lol)
Followed by sharing photographs from another lady, my now 92 year old lady is the little girl on the left in this pic, just before she was sent to the countryside to keep her safe through ww2❤️
Followed by a lovely meal at Antler in Abbots Bromley.
Im privileged to share such moments of special memories and to hopefully make new ones happen ❤️
