Lately, I’ve really been feeling the urge to slow down — to rest a little more, move more gently, and almost hibernate for winter. 🍂
Our yoga practice will reflect that over the coming weeks 🌿
We’ll move slower, be more reflective, and spend more time on soothing breath practices and gentle inversions — to balance our minds and keep our spirits lifted through these darker months. ✨
