A big thank you to everyone that came to the World Diabetes Day event on Saturday. Lovely to see so many of you there with your families having a good time and winning lots of prizes!

Shoutout to our patient and parent volunteers (Hamza, Orest, Sapida, Maya, Pranavi, Olena and Mr & Mrs Riley) that held the day together and for taking out the time to support the team! 👏

A big well done to our patient’s (Sapida, Maya & Devon) for their speeches on the day. It was very brave of you to stand up infront of 150 people and sharing your personal stories and experiences.

Overall it was a great success! Stay tuned as we will be posting photos of the day over the next few days.

Please do share ideas of what you would like the team to organise for the next social event in 2026!

We are looking forward to seeing you at our annual world diabetes day event at the Brunel Sports Centre tomorrow! 🎉 🎉 (We will be doing a Toy Tombola raffle at the event so dont forget to bring your cash - 3 tickets for £1)
