Currently, I am on a Yoga/Meditation retreat in Santorini, and this morning we had a meditation on the beach. Lying on the sand with the sound of the sea lapping against the shore. Gentle drops of rain falling upon us, it really was so gorgeous.
When we finished, most of the retreaters went into the restaurant for a snack/coffee, 4 of us stayed sitting on the beach, and I and one other jumped in the sea, fully clothed, whilst a storm of thunder and lightning erupted on the beach. Me and the other person laughed so much whilst getting splashed about in the warm sea. It really was so much fun, and we just couldn't stop laughing.

This is why I go on these retreats and love facilitating retreats. These connections we make with strangers who become our best friends, like-minded conversations, and just time to stop and chat and listen. These moments are precious.

If you have ever considered coming away on a retreat but never quite got the courage, come and join us on this one. It really is going to be amazing, and I am sure it will give you many precious moments like I had this morning :-)

It really is such a pleasure to be able to offer this weekend residential retreat to all you wonderful women out there. I have a feeling this really is going to be super special, and we have found the most beautiful venue to host it in, too.

I am just back from the most amazing week of CranioSacral Therapy training in Somerset. Although I definitely developed my skills as a therapist, this was a week more about my own self-development and wow, what an incredible journey it has been. I am feeling so blessed to be part of this wonderful therapy, the community it brings, deep connections, and fabulous work. Feeling all the feels of life today 🥰🥰

It's happening, the move I have been manifesting for quite a few years is happening this month, woop woop.
Off to Hampshire I go on the 28th October for some new adventures and lots of visits to the sea.
I have no available appointments left before I go I am afraid.
Taking this opportunity to thank you all for supporting my business over the many years I have been working in Ickenham. If you have come to me once, twice, or many, many times, I appreciate each and every one of you.
I will be working in Hampshire, not sure where/when yet, but hoping it will all just pan out as it should do. A little clinic to be found, I think.
I shall, however, be working a few dates in Denham this year, 6th and 13th November, and 11th December, all available to book online via my booking site as usual.
Then, from January 2026, I shall have a weekly clinic in Denham/Northwood, which I shall let you know when the dates are available to book on my website.
If you are ever in Lymington and fancy a treatment or a cup of tea :-) Let me know.
