This comes from a place of love and as much as it pains me to say this... so many of us are traumatised!

By the time you get to the doctors you will likely get a diagnosis of anxiety or depression, trauma is in the body and it can show up in many different forms that impacts both our mental and physical wellbeing.

You don’t have to keep it bottled up or carry it alone.

We understand that not everyone feels comfortable going to their Doctors or maybe you’re someone that’s had an unhelpful experience that’s resulted in you seeking alternative support. You may also believe that medication doesn’t hold all the answers and you’re not prepared to wait months for just six sessions of cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT). Here at Key for Change we understand and appreciate that people want a different approach and are sensitive to a growing need for a different way. Of course, labels and diagnosis have its place but is not beneficial for everyone.
