I have been a qualified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist with over 25 years of experience using Leduc and FG-MLD.

MLD reduces oedema by taking fluid that is pooling in one area to an area that is free of oedema. This can happen after an operation, or breaking a limb when swelling is stubborn and doesn’t reduce.
