This has been me for the past three weeks - horrible waves of stomach pain and nausea, unable to function and beginning to worry I had something seriously wrong with me. I am never ill!! Went to GP and got set up for poo and blood tests. Urggghhh.

Then my wonderful colleague DANA offered to treat me - did some very gentle myofascial release on my neck/thoracic spine/hip.
And I am cured!!! There was the solution right under my nose.......grateful thanks, Dana 😍

Exciting pilot study for kids with Autism Spectrum Disorder

A new study shows that gentle, non-invasive neuromodulation via NESA XSIGNAL microcurrents may help children with ASD sleep better, feel calmer, and experience fewer sensory challenges.

2/3 of participants showed improvements in sleep, behaviour, and sensory sensitivity.

Longer microcurrent sessions seemed particularly effective.
