🧘‍♀️ YIN YOGA

Dates:

Sun 9 Nov | 10:00–11:30am

Sun 30 Nov | 10:00–11:30am

Sun 14 Dec | 10:00–11:30am

Gentle, grounding, and deeply restorative. Long-held poses (3–5 mins) hydrate tissues, support joints, and balance energy flow. Focus on spine, shoulders, and hips. Props provided. Perfect for relaxation and self-connection.

🌞 HATHA YOGA

Saturdays | 11:45–12:45pm

Dynamic yet restorative. A blend of Hatha and Vinyasa to build strength, flexibility, and calm. Each class adapts to group energy and is open to all levels.

🌙 SLOW FLOW YOGA

Wednesdays | 9:30–10:30am
£10 drop-in (subscription available)

Slow, intentional movement guided by breath. Gentle flows build stability and presence while calming the mind. Grounding, nourishing, and suitable for everyone.

I’m grateful but today I’m tired.
Like so many of you.
I’m so enthusiastic about all that I’ve got on but I’m also a little overwhelmed.
My body has leapt, twisted, turned , pushed and pulled and moved around all day (like most days) but it also aches today.
I love running my business and this little household but today I need rest.
Another late night because there is lots to do.
Tired.
But I am so grateful.
