I'm opening these sessions up again to support you through the coming winter months and beyond.

A remote Reiki healing session and reading from the comfort of your own home.
This session will include a clearing energy visualisation and meditation, bespoked for you in mind, Reiki energy healing treatment over the airwaves and finishing with an Oracle card reading.

For the card reading I will be using using various Angel and Ascended Master oracles and Shamanic animal oracle decks, from my collection.

I will channel energy with the intention of sending healing your way.

We can do the remote session over Zoom or Whats App or Messenger.

Within this immersive experience I will be guiding your nervous system into a calm state, the parasympathetic state of rest & digest.

This treatment will include a blend of energy healing and clearing, acupressure head massage, crystal therapy and sound therapy.

I will be using a variety of tuning forks, working with their sonic vibrations to help encourage the body’s natural energy flow. Archangel Michael (Saint Michael) is one of the four major archangels in the Abrahamic religions. His twin flame is Faith. He is loved all over the world because he is the patron saint of protection. She is the spiritual embodiment of unconditional love and acceptance.

It is time to let go of conflict or the need to be right. The more you fight for the point you want to prove, the unhappier you will be. Pointing out the mistakes or mishaps of others just blocks the road to love in your own life. Mary, the divine mother of acceptance, is with you now, encouraging you to forgive. Joan of Arc was a medieval French peasant girl who is reported to have been visited by Archangel Michael and other saints, who gave her information on how she could help Charles VII save France from English domination. She was only a teenager when she went into battle for her country and won a huge victory. She was, however, later captured and burned at the stake. These days she is a supremely loving guide to all those who want to stand up against the odds. She also helps many lightworkers overcome their fear of persecution.

You are being encouraged to stand strong. You may feel unrecognized and misunderstood, but that doesn't mean you have to give up on the mission you feel called to fulfil. You must follow the will of your soul and exercise your leadership spirit by speaking your truth. You may feel as if you are on a battlefield, but this conflict will come to an end as soon as you stop defending yourself. You are not here to prove yourself to others. Instead, approve of yourself. Know that your angels are on your side and that heaven is thanking you for being the honest soul you are.

Welcome to the Ta**us 🐂 Full Moon, this moon is called the Beaver 🦫 Moon, because this is the time of year is when beavers secure and take shelter in their lodges after gathering food for the winter.

I feel this is an auspicious time of change and transition, this full moon is in Ta**us the strong, Earth grounded bull, keeping us connected to Mother Earth. 🌍

The Bear Who Carried the Stars

There was once a bear so old that even the mountains could not remember the time before him. He was called Orun, meaning the silent flame. His fur shimmered in the colors of the cosmos—deep indigo, streaked with fire and light, as if he carried a piece of the universe upon his back.

Orun lived beyond the northern winds, where the sky touched the edge of creation. Each winter, when the earth froze and the stars drew close, he would rise from his slumber and walk beneath the night sky. The other creatures said he was searching for something—something lost when the world was young.

No one dared to ask him what it was.

But one night, as the auroras danced and the snow whispered like silk, a small fox followed his tracks. The fox was young, reckless, and curious—unafraid of legends. “Great Bear,” he called out, his voice trembling like wind against ice, “why do you walk beneath the stars alone? What do you seek in the silence?”

Orun stopped. His breath rose like mist and lingered, glowing faintly with starlight. For a long time, he said nothing. Then, in a voice deep as thunder and gentle as snow, he answered:

“I am not seeking the stars, little one. I am carrying them.”

The fox tilted his head, confused. “Carrying them? But the stars belong to the sky.”

The bear looked upward, and the universe seemed to ripple through his fur. “Once,” he said, “they did. But there was a time, long ago, when darkness tried to swallow the heavens. The stars began to fall—one by one—burning out before they touched the earth. The world grew cold. The rivers forgot how to sing. The hearts of living things turned to frost.”

His eyes glowed faintly, reflecting constellations the fox had never seen. “So I gathered what light remained. I caught the falling stars and kept them close, so their warmth would never die. Each spark I carry is a memory of what once was—a promise that the night will never win completely.”

The fox stared, his tiny heart aching with something he did not understand. “Does it not hurt, Great Bear, to carry the fire within you?”

Orun smiled, a slow and ancient smile. “Yes,” he said. “But to carry pain is to carry purpose. Light does not live without the dark to cradle it. We are both.”

And with that, the bear lifted his great head, and the sky opened above him. From the depths of his chest, a gentle glow began to rise—stars shimmering like tears—spilling into the heavens until the firmament blazed anew.

When dawn came, the fox was alone again. The snow was marked only by the fading shape of a pawprint—vast and luminous, like a constellation pressed into the earth.

That morning, for the first time, the fox looked up and saw the stars still burning in the daylight, faint but unyielding.

From that day on, the animals of the north spoke of Orun, the Bear Who Carried the Stars. They said that whenever the world feels cold and endless, if you close your eyes and listen, you can still hear his heart beating in the sky—a deep, rhythmic pulse reminding all living things:

Even in the darkest night, someone is carrying the light for you.

My Story

Since childhood I have always been sensitive & empathetic, growing up had many challenges & I suffered with anxiety & depression in my teenage years, which is why I love holistic work & supporting people, physically & emotionally as I believe this is where my strengths lie. Previously I worked within Early Years Education for many years. My role included teaching children with additional needs & working within the physical education department, helping to provide fun movement & dance classes for children of all abilities. But after a year of prolonged stress & grief due to home & work life, I realised I needed to leave Primary Education & focus on holistically healing myself, because of my own life experiences I realised I could help & support others.

I returned to full time Massage Therapy & trained in Reiki & Acupressure. Over the last four years I have worked on many retreats around North Cornwall & in Italy, I love the whole ethos of retreating away from the world & having you time. As a mother of two boys I understand the pressure of trying to balance work/home/life commitments, just living can get so busy that we forget to look after ourselves & take time to unwind. Holistic/Swedish Massage & Reiki has many benefits including relieving tension and stress, unwinding tired minds & assisting in whole body relaxation.
