Shamanic healing with a bit of added magic!

This is a treatment of deep healing and embodiment, for those that are ready to release and let go of old patterns of behaviour that may have been holding you back. Working with ancient healing modalities and sacred ways, I will be guiding you to embody your grief by consciously feeling, acknowledging and releasing any energy from within.

Sound therapy and shamanic drumming will be used to guide you on a deep visual journey to call on the ancestors and the spirit animals, allowing the body to drop into the parasympathetic nervous system, the rest and digest state.

This is combined with energy healing and reiki, allowing the treatment to work towards balancing the body, mind and soul.
This experience will finish with an animal oracle card reading.
