January Round-Up 💚

January has definitely made itself known this year…

constant storms, red weather warnings and what feels like never-ending rain 🌧️🌬️

But amongst all that wild weather, we’ve started to notice the little shifts, lighter mornings creeping in, and even some daylight left when we finish work, which always feels like a turning point.

We were also treated to something pretty special this month, the Northern Lights dancing across the sky. A breathtaking reminder of just how powerful (and beautiful) nature can be ✨

In store, January has been a busy one behind the scenes too. We’ve had lots of training, including brilliant sessions with Jan from Viridian and Jen from TerraNova, brushing up on topics like saffron, ashwagandha and digestive support — all things many of us lean on at this time of year.

And of course, we also had reasons to celebrate 🎉

Kit and Lexi both celebrated their birthdays this month, bringing some much-needed cake and cheer to grey January days.

This January we’re focusing on three things many of us are thinking about after the festive season…
gut health, digestion and stress support.

So instead of telling you what you should be taking, we thought we’d share what our team are actually loving and using themselves 💚

Debbie is using Hello Wellness Herbs Digestion to support her digestion. It’s a gentle herbal blend with marshmallow root, lemon balm, avena sativa and fennel, and she loves that it supports the whole digestive system, helping everything feel calmer and more settled.

Beth is loving Naked Biotics for feeling better from the inside out and supporting gut health day to day.
