Please join us in welcoming Raphy to the studio team as an apprentice teacher. She is off to start her comprehensive studies with this weekend. We can't wait to follow her journey!

Mary is 47 and a very fit and active mother of two who enjoys moving her body. She has hypermobility.

Mary comes to classes to keep her body strong to ensure she can swim, surf, paddleboard, climb, dive and ski all over the world!

Private/Duet/Trio sessions and medical referrals by appointment Mon-Saturday at various times, in person and online.

Our small group classes run 6 days a week in Reformer, Matwork and Apparatus.

Do you have time?

It's really tough to find the time for ourselves, isn't it.

We're always busy caring for others, running around after the kids or sorting out the pets.

Sometimes work takes over and before we know it we are exhausted trying to fit everything in.

In 2022 a published research paper found that by adding 10 minutes of exercise a day approximately 110000 early deaths a year could be prevented in the US in populations aged 40-85 yrs old.

Adding 20-30 minutes each day could do even more!

Exercise can significantly increase your mobility, reduce pain and improve our mental health. It also increases our stamina and capacity to focus.

Why not pop over to our website or YouTube and find our free 10 minutes beginners mat sequence and start adding ten more minutes of movement to your day!
