Roads and public transport remain disrupted this morning as we deal with the aftermath of Storm Goretti.

Please avoid travelling if you can. If you do need to make a journey, check routes and travel operators in advance, as many bus and rail services are cancelled or running with delays.

A large number of roads are still closed due to fallen trees, downed power lines and debris. Our teams are working around the clock to clear them, and we ask that you give crews the space they need to carry out urgent repairs safely.

Feeling a bit sad as tomorrow is Rudolph’s last day before heading back to headquarters. 🔴🔴🔴 an incredible achievement…. Well done everyone, but especially Wendy Eustice for being such a star and motivating our community to support this wonderful charity, Cornwall Hospice Care
