A Swedish company called Corvid Cleaning is training wild crows in the city of Södertälje to collect cigarette butts in exchange for food rewards.

The project uses a specially designed machine that gives a small reward when a crow places a cigarette butt into it.

Experts say the birds learn this behavior quickly and willingly, helping to reduce street cleaning costs and raise environmental awareness.

Despite nearly 60 years of research, there is still a lack of high-certainty evidence on the effectiveness and safety of commonly used painkillers (analgesics) for short bouts of low back pain, finds an analysis of the evidence published by The BMJ.

My 2009 MacBook Pro decided to give up the ghost the other day. I'd already bought a new(er) one, but hadn't transferred all my files across. The guys at TechGuy Wadebridge were brilliant. Confirmed that there was no hope of getting the old one running again, then removed the drive and fitted it to a caddy so I have an external hard drive with all my files, photos etc still on.

Note: Patient information is cloud based, therefore nothing important could have been lost :-)

I wanted to let people know that the clinic will be closed from the 8th to the 21st August.

The clinic will now be open for bookings from Tuesday 12th July. My planned holiday has been cut short due to boring mechanical issues that I won’t go into.
