Funded places available to join us from April 2nd, for eight weeks of climbing, learning useful wellbeing tools, and making new friends!
No climbing experience is needed. Facilitated by climbing coaches, and following a professional mental health programme, you'll learn all you need to enjoy the movement and safely stretch your comfort zones. On the Climbing wall you'll be in a supportive space to explore stress responses and improve your self-confidence.
