The coaching world can feel full on with:
“Be visible!”
“Show up!”
“Just do it!”
But if you’ve ever stared at your phone and thought,
“I just don’t have it in me today…”
please know—you’re not failing.
✨ Sometimes being seen doesn’t feel safe.
✨ Sometimes attention feels too heavy.
✨ And sometimes, the energy it takes to hold that attention feels impossible when you’re already stretched thin.
That’s not weakness, it’s protection.
It’s your nervous system remembering a time when being visible wasn’t safe, where it got you into so much pain, that it’s not worth trying again.
Mind-body oriented hypnotherapy can help release those hidden blocks and free up the energy you need to show up with more ease. 🌷
If this resonates, I’d love help you.

The two sub-personalities are in a constant battle within a woman.
Eve and Lilith - the two parts of a whole, the two sides to one coin. When one side is demonised, the other becomes restless and can’t find inner peace.
Are your E&L in balance? Are you avoiding one or the other? How does that feel?

Eve or Lilith
(Nikolay Gumilyov)

You’ve never heard the tale of Lilith, wild and free,
The one who shared first Eden’s joy with Adam’s soul—
But still, you’re one of few whose heart aches quietly
For wings once worn, for gardens lost, and self made whole.

Of Eve, of course, you’ve heard — the mother, soft and mild,
The keeper of the hearth, the house, the ancient flame.
But something in that story leaves you restless, riled —
It’s always felt like madness wrapped in a saint’s name.

Lilith wears crowns of stars you cannot reach,
Her sun is made of diamond in distant skies.
But Eve? She has her children, fields of peach,
A cozy home, potatoes neatly lined.

You haven’t yet discovered who you are —
Are you Eve, or Lilith? Wait — when he appears,
The one who lifts your trembling heart afar
And carries it, uncharted, past all fears…

He knows how to wander where cliffs drop steep,
How to climb down into the pit’s last breath.
His heart’s no flower—it’s a fireball’s leap,
His soul lit up with passion, dreams, and death.

He’ll win you a kingdom, if that’s the cost,
Or walk like a thief with rags on his back.
But always, in every place you feel lost—
From Eve to Lilith—he’ll keep you intact.

🚪 The Easy Way Out vs. The Right Way Forward

It’s often tempting to sidestep uncomfortable conversations, to nod in agreement when we feel otherwise, or to stay silent to maintain the peace. Yet, in doing so, we might be sacrificing our authenticity and well-being.

Avoiding conflict might offer temporary relief, but it can lead to long-term stress and emotional strain. This fear of confrontation often has deep roots, sometimes tracing back to childhood trauma. Experiences such as emotional neglect or inconsistent caregiving can instill a belief that expressing disagreement is unsafe, leading to a pattern of conflict avoidance in adulthood.

Therapy provides a safe and nurturing space where past trauma can be explored, understood, and gradually healed. Working with a trauma-informed therapist can help reframe conflict as a normal part of relationships, allowing individuals to develop healthier communication patterns.

Choosing the right path means embracing honest communication, even when it’s challenging. It’s about valuing genuine connections over superficial harmony.

When the heart center is blocked—often due to unresolved fear, anger, grief, or emotional trauma—it disrupts the flow of energy between our spiritual and physical selves. This disconnection can manifest in many ways:

What Can Happen:

1. Emotional Symptoms:

* Feelings of isolation, resentment, or numbness
* Inability to give or receive love
* Difficulty trusting others or forming meaningful connections
* Repetitive emotional patterns like jealousy, bitterness, or guilt

2. Mental Effects:

* Overthinking or obsessive thoughts
* Lack of empathy or compassion
* Negative self-talk and inner judgment

3. Physical Manifestations:

* Chest tightness or heart palpitations
* Breathing difficulties
* Immune system dysfunction
* Fatigue or adrenal burnout

4. Spiritual Disconnection:

* Feeling lost, purposeless, or disconnected from life
* Inability to hear inner guidance or intuition
* Spiritual stagnation or loss of inspiration

How to Heal and Reopen the Heart Center:

1. Emotional Release:
Allow yourself to feel and express emotions like grief, sadness, and anger safely—through journaling, crying, or creative outlets. Repression keeps the block in place.

2. Find a Good Therapist:
A skilled therapist can help you explore unresolved pain, trauma, and emotional patterns that are keeping your heart closed. Support is key in transforming old wounds into growth.

3. Heart-Centered Meditation:
Practice breathing into the heart space. Visualize a soft green or pink light expanding in your chest. Focus on feelings of gratitude, compassion, and love.

Healing the heart center is a journey of self-compassion and emotional honesty. As you unblock and nurture this vital energy center, you restore the bridge between body and soul—allowing love, intuition, and inner peace to flow freely again.

Words don’t disappear when they’re thrown — they land somewhere. Sometimes in someone’s mind, where they echo for years.

A careless insult. A passing judgment. A backhanded compliment.
They can plant seeds of doubt that grow into lifelong detours.

You can lose yourself slowly, quietly — not in one moment, but over time.
Buried under other people’s opinions.
Drowned in expectations.
Programmed by voices that were never yours.

We absorb so much — from strangers, family, media — without questioning the source.
But not every voice deserves space in your mind.

To protect your path, you need:

Concentration (to catch the thought before it becomes belief)
Self-esteem ( remember who you are beneath the noise)
Discernment (to choose what to carry and what to drop)

You don’t have to stay lost.
You don’t need to believe everything you’ve been told.
You get to rewrite the script.

Comment “Rewrite” if you want to unlearn something that was never yours to carry.

Sometimes, when you’ve lived in pain for too long, your heart goes quiet. You learn to numb your senses just to make it through the day. You tuck your feelings away in dark corners, promising yourself you’ll deal with them “later.” But the numbness doesn’t stay still—it turns into hunger. It pulls you toward chaos, extremes, anything that makes you feel alive for a moment.

It’s not weakness. It’s survival. But you deserve more than just surviving.

Therapy can help you feel again—gently, safely. It can help you find steadiness where there used to be storms, connection where there used to be noise.

If you’re lost in the fog, know this: you’re not alone. And you don’t have to look for a way out of it by yourself.

Reach out. There’s another way through.
