Things have been picking up pace in all areas of my life, work in particular! Luckily I was able to take time with a wonderful group of people last weekend in nature, with many of us seeming to get the same message from the trees - 'slow down.' ❤

Thank you to Yorkshire Sculpture Park for inviting me back to deliver my Journey with the Trees creative and wellbeing walk, it was great to spend it with such lovely people, get creative (still buzzing from the powerful words people produced from the writing activity!) and of course, spend time with my favourite trees on the grounds. Here are a few shots from the day 😊❤

I am excited to share that a lovely member of the group will be delivering the guided meditation before our main writing activity again, which will focus on leaving behind that which is ready to be let go as we head towards lighter and longer days. I'm very much looking forward to it!

🌳Journey with the Trees 🌳
A Mindfulness Walk at Yorkshire Sculpture Park

So excited to be returning to deliver my Journey with the Trees mindfulness walk through YSP'S stunning grounds, designed to foster connection, creativity, and personal wellbeing.

With a focus on ancestral wisdom and re-discovering the bond between people and the land, this session offers participants tools to deepen their connection with nature and themselves through guided discussion and creative activities.

Inspired by YSP's Of the Oak exhibition currently on show in The Chapel, we will be starting our journey there and ending at the Hayloft at YSP Learning for a relaxing sound bath and a warming hot drink.

✨ Write to Be ✨
A writing group for anyone wanting to connect with their creative voice, imagination, and love of words.

The next Write to Be workshop will be on Tuesday 18th November (due to other commitments I'm unable to do the last Tuesday of the month again!)

We have a special surprise this month, a lovely member of the group will be delivering the guided meditation before our main writing activity, which will focus on connecting to the fire and light within each of us as we head towards the shorter and darker days of Winter. I'm very much looking forward to it!

This will be the last session of 2025, with workshops starting again around February/March 2026 (all depending on the winter weather!). If all regular write-to-be-ers will be attending then there will only be a couple of spaces free, so please do message me to let me know if you want to come ☺️

Apologies to anyone who has been waiting for me to advertise the date of the next Write to Be workshop, it's been a busy month and I've been recovering from illness for the past couple of weeks! I had to change the date to the second to last week of October and the session is currently full booked. I'm posting this as a reminder to those booked on and to give you an idea of the theme of workshop...Looking forward to seeing you then!

I've been so blessed these past few months with all the wonderful photography shoots I've been able to do out in the woods! Here are some more of my favourites, this time of a recent shoot I did for my friends Andrea and Michael at Magdalene Frequency Oils. Andrea is a wise and dear sister of mine whose presence in my life has been extremely healing, I work with Magdalene Frequency Oils oils daily and would be lost without them now!

Mens Circle

We sit around the fire, no doubt we will be appreciating the warmth of the fire even more now as the temperature starts to drop.

A chance to speak and be heard, a chance to listen and a chance to be still.

I keep these quite small with space for 10 men maximum but usually only 5 or 6 so it’s not overwhelming.

I like it this way, it helps me feel more comfortable and gives people time to talk if they feel like it.

£5 or £10 whatever is affordable for you if u can’t afford that but still would like to come, dm me .108

🌒✨ Women's Gathering for the Solar Eclipse ✨🌒

On Sunday 21st September, 1–3:30pm I’m opening a circle in a beautiful woodland in Wakefield for women to come together in song, ceremony and connection with the earth. 🌳💫

I will gently guide you to sing ancient vowel sounds – activating the inner realms, harmonising with the wellbeing frequencies of the earth, and learning simple songs gifted by nature. I believe these sounds can bring harmony not just to our bodies, but also to the land. Our ancestors once sang with and to the land on days like this, until such practices were silenced over 1000 years ago. I believe now is the time to reclaim this wisdom!

🎶 This is not about performing or “sounding good.” You do not need to be a singer. It’s about resonance, intention, and weaving sound waves of love, peace and gratitude into the earth and into ourselves.

We’ll share songs, hold each other in presence, and let the energies of the eclipse guide us into deep connection.
To ground our voices and hearts, I’ll be offering acorn coffee – a nourishing, caffeine-free elixir rich in antioxidants and rooted in the wisdom of the sacred oak tree. 🌰☕ If you’d like a cup, a small donation of £2 would be gratefully received.

✨ This is a free event – all you need to bring is your voice, your presence, and your desire to be part of this moment of harmony.

I've not written a blog for a while, even though a part of me has been eager to write about the transformational couple of months I've had. But for all the eagerness to write, I've just not had the words.

Then an experience happened this week that found me feel so safe, so at peace, so in love with being grounded in my body in the here and now, that today I couldn't help but write to integrate and express what's happening within me right now.

And the words decided to flow in the shape of a poem.

I also decided to combine it with a picture I've had for many years but have never shared before, one I took a few years ago at the start of my journey calling back the lost parts of myself. I see the woman in the picture and remember how close she was to giving up, having just experienced something that forced her to listen to the wisdom of her body, and the loving whispers of life, for the first time, both urging her to keep going.

And how glad I am that she did.

(Interesting that this picture was taken on a beach in Wales, the place that has aided in my transformation this year!).

Being able to create this level of peace and safety for myself, just by being in my body and embracing all that it's feeling, is a kind of treasure I never thought possible.

But here I am.

Home at last.
