Got a pain in the bum? Give this stretch a go!

Figure of 4 Stretch
- Lying down on the floor with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor.
- Place your right ankle on your left knee.
- Grab hold of your left thigh and pull towards your chest to feel the stretch on your glutes.

If you cant get on the floor, take a seat on a chair.
- Place your right ankle on your left knee.
- Place your hands on your right knee and left foot.
- Keeping your back straight and lean forward, feeling the stretch in your glutes.

• Hold the stretch for 30 – 60 seconds and swap sides.

If you're new to sports massage and would like to see if our treatments are for you, then the Introductory Package is for you. 3 x 60 minute sessions across 3 weeks.
£120, saving yourself £15. (1 month expiry)

Do you have an injury that needs looking at across 5 sessions? Check out the Injury Package. 5 x 60 minute sessions can be used weekly or monthly.
£200, saving yourself £25. (6 month expiry)

Finished the Injury Package or want something regular as a part of your fitness programme, recovery or active lifestyle? The Maintenance Package is the one for you. 10 x 60 minute sessions can be used weekly or monthly.
£400, saving yourself £45. (12 month expiry)

Your first appointment will include a detailed consultation that includes a postural assessment, medical history and injury/issue investigation to help us create a bespoke treatment plan to fit your needs.

PDF stretches and/or exercises can be given to accompany your treatment programme to help stretch or strengthen any problem muscle groups.

These packages are available to both new and old clients, existing clients don't need another consultation unless there is a new injury or any new conditions.
