We are very lucky to be welcoming Senior Teacher and Teacher Trainer, Catherine Weston, back to YoGology this June with a brand new CPD training for teachers - Manual, Verbal + Self Assists for Yoga Teachers

Saturday 13th June 2026, 10:30-5:30pm
Sunday 14th June 2026, 11:30-5:30pm

This two day teacher training, recognised by Yoga Alliance, will give you the tools to apply hands-on assists through an informed, updated, and supportive lens.

This impactful two days will provide you with all you need to approach your students with sensitivity, confidence and clarity. You’ll learn to offer breath-led assists guided by the purpose and intention of each posture, assists that create a two-way conversation, cultivate stability and direction, and encourage seeing the body as a whole through a softer, more responsive lens.

You will learn how to offer touch that grounds and supports, providing a steady base, clear direction and the autonomy for each student to choose how far to go.

Register 20 hours of CPD with Yoga Alliance upon course completion.

Meet our teachers - Liz Brinkmann ✨

Liz’s yoga journey began over twelve years ago, stepping into her first Ashtanga class unsure of what to expect — and leaving completely hooked after her first round of Surya Namaskar A. Since then, her practice has grown into a deep love of strong, dynamic movement balanced with steadiness and presence.

Influenced by Ashtanga and Rocket, Liz teaches an energising Vinyasa Flow that emphasises power, precision, and mindfulness. Her classes are accessible yet challenging, supporting students to build whole-body awareness and a felt sense of connection through movement and breath.

Liz teaches Vinyasa Flow every Wednesday from 6:45–7:45pm, beginners yoga courses, and also teaches on our seasonally inspired day retreats.

Two special classes with Emily - Cosy Restorative to Relax & Reset ✨

Knowing that February can be a tricky month for some, we wanted to bring an extra layer of soothing, supportive practice to the timetable.

Emily will be adding an extra class to the timetable next month - Cosy Restorative to Relax & Reset. She’ll be teaching it twice on the dates above.

What to expect?
A gentle, mindful practice using grounding, fully supported restorative postures to ease tension from both body and mind. With time to rest, soften, and breathe, this class invites deep relaxation and a quiet sense of reset - the perfect little slice of me time.

The Wednesday evening class filled up within a couple of hours of us sharing it with our newsletter subscribers, but there is still space on the Sunday class!
