Hi all,

We are aware we are heavily in flu season and the winter illnesses are rife.

We kindly ask if you have an appointment face to face and you are unwell, if possible, please change your session to a telephone appointment or rearrange.

Please avoid workshops, groups and face to face sessions if you are unwell.

It is our priority to keep all our clients, staff and volunteers as safe as possible!

Two incredible local charities doing vital work in our community — raising awareness for men’s mental health and supporting male victims of domestic abuse.

Creating a safe space isn’t just about fitness; it’s about looking out for one another, starting conversations, and reminding people they’re not alone 🤝💙

A huge thank you to both charities for the work they do and for spending time with our members today 🙌
