It’s full steam ahead here at Ninja HQ on all things taking Ninjas to the next f*cking level...

Over the last few days we’ve announced and made available to our members:

- Improved Ninja audits
- Free private nutrition assessments
- New merch collection

But it doesn’t end there…

As of tomorrow they'll also have access to our strength programme that is scientifically designed for Women, that is available in our Ninja app and that they can do in their own time at the gym.

PLUS follow along classes they can do at home that include all of our core formats: Sculpt - Scorch - Soul.

Have you ever joined a gym to then find;

You don’t actually like the place - You can’t quite pin point what it is exactly other than the vibe is off.

The product / programme is 👎 - You’re consistent but you’re not getting the results you’d hoped for and are frankly getting bored?

The people are tw@ts - You walk in to a group class to notice that you’re evidently not welcome in the clique, no one says hello or smiles back and it’s intimidating af.

But frankly… It’s tough.

You’re now held against your will because you signed up to a 12 month contract.

The sales guy shoehorned you in to signing on the dotted line right then and there because apparently “I can only guarantee this deal today”.

We get it.

That’s why everyone starts Ninjas with a free 4 week trial…

Because to us, you’re not just another number, you’re a name.

We’re not interested in quick flings or getting engaged on the first date and believe that to build true connection we should really get to know each other better before we start making more longer term commitments.

We want to give you the best possible experience when you join and make you feel exactly like a full time member.

With that said our 4 week trial lets you experience all of our classes, feel what it’s like to be part of our community and finally get the support you need from coaches that actually care about you.

All we ask is that you start with the right mindset and the willingness to hit the ground running. (Not be one of those people who sign up and never show up)

Despite being Ill to the point most would sack off even going for a walk…

And going through an insanely stressful situation.

She still completed the marathon she set out to.

She truly showed what it means to show up, to dig deep and find the strength to complete a challenge.

Your grit is inspirational AF winner, keep being above extraordinary.

This woman is by far the best coach and trainer I’ve ever come across…

She’s high energy, strong in both body and mind and relentlessly supportive of the growth of anyone that’s lucky enough to know her.

As a result of all of these incredible qualities, today she was selected to be the featured star for SH1FT and got to squat jump and cobra alongside some of the worlds best in group x.

I’m so proud of all that you are, continue to be and today was a beautiful example of all the amazing things, recognition and opportunities you deserve.

You’re an inspiration to so many and Ninjas is incredibly lucky to have you as their head coach.

One of the many things I love about Ninjas is the community that we have built, these are our people.

Gemma is such a great examples of what our community represents.

She’s are kind, smart, fun and a hardworking badass ALL DAY.

Then she comes to Ninjas (even when she’s tired) and she’s STILL a kind, smart, fun and hardworking badass.

Gemma, thank you for your constant, unwavering support, honesty, loyalty and friendship, from the absolute bottom of my heart, I thank you.

1: WHY DID YOU START COMING TO NINJAS?

I started coming to ninjas because I wanted to try something different and push myself in a different way. Plus Kirsteen recommended it!

2: WHAT IS YOUR “GO TO” CLASS AT NINJAS AND WHY?

My go to class is Lift because I love weights based workout, but this gives the perfect mix of weights with intervals/tabata. I enjoy the pump you feel after it! 💪

3: WHAT IS YOUR FAVE THING ABOUT NINJAS?

I love how it’s such a massive mix of girls but we are all there for the same reason and we’re all super supportive of each other. When one of us isn’t feeling it the others are always there to lift them! That encouragement really works.

4: WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR BIGGEST WIN SINCE JOINING NINJAS?

Ninjas has confirmed to me how good exercise makes me feel physically but more importantly mentally! Consistency is key and I feel like I’ve stayed consistent! Massive win!

So many thoughts about today and how special it was…

But I’ll keep it short.

Ninjas had been nothing short of amazing since the beginning and we are only just getting started.

The intention was always to create a space for women to not just be apart of a class, but a community that challenges them physically, emotionally and mentally alongside other women that celebrate each other.

Maybe I’m bias, but our members are some of the kindest, funniest, smartest Women I’ve ever met and I feel so incredibly blessed to be a catalyst in the creation of this beautiful tribe.

1: WHY DID YOU START COMING TO NINJAS?
I was looking for an alternative to spin classes, the gym wasn’t offering anything & a friend recommended Ninjas. (Thank god!!)

2: WHAT IS YOUR “GO TO” CLASS AT NINJAS AND WHY?
The high impact shift classes as I’ve had more results from these classes in the short time I’ve been going than any classes I’ve been to before. Equally I like the lift classes too to try tone up.

3: WHAT IS YOUR FAVE THING ABOUT NINJAS?
I love that everyone is real and down to earth. You don’t have to feel self conscious and you guys are great at what you do.

4: WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR BIGGEST WIN SINCE JOINING NINJAS?
Getting my love for exercising back and it not feeling like a chore.

Instead with each new fad you try, the only thing that really changes is;

Your confidence decreases
Your self esteem takes another knock
Your self talk gets bitchier

And the belief that you aren’t good enough is reinforced.

Consistency.

Consistently getting your steps in
Consistently building your body with results based workouts
Consistently eating enough protein and veggies
Consistently getting enough sleep
Consistently drinking enough water
Consistently managing your stress levels
Constantly eating / drinking within your calories

…day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year.⁠

Is it s*xy? No
Will it get as many likes on insta? No
Are you gonna get the dopamine high from buying the latest gym shark influencers online course? No

But is it the only thing that actually works?
