📣NEW Parent and Carer Support Group 📣

Are you a parent or carer supporting a child or young person with emotional or mental health difficulties, such as anxiety, low mood, self-harm, or sleep problems?

The Rise provides a safe space to come together, share your experiences, and receive valuable information and support from other parents and carers who understand. We also invite guest speakers and experts to speak at our sessions, when relevant.

The Rise is being offered district wide, priority will be given to parents/carers living in the South East of the district.
