FACIAL DIPLOMA COURSE

This course is for beginners and existing therapists. This course is intended to give you the information and knowledge to leave and start practicing your new treatment. Facials are really popular within the beauty industry and this course is designed to help you recognise different skin types, and how to perform a facial for these. Products and equipment required for training will be provided on the day. On successful completion of the course you will be able to gain insurance to do paying clients.

Option 1 - Complete theory online with beauty guild, you can take as long as you want, or do it as quick as you can, £25 payable to do this. You then decide on a date with me to complete your practical training.
Option 2 - Theory and practical is covered with me, pre reading is required prior to training date.

No previous experience is necessary.

CLASS SIZE

We only have small classes with no more than 6 students per class. This ensures individual attention.

MODELS

No models are required;(unless 1-2-1) students will work on each other.

COURSE TIMES

10.00am – 3:30pm Weekdays

10.00am – 3:30pm Weekends

EXAMINATION SYSTEM

No written exams are required as you are assessed by continual observation throughout the day, to ensure that you have all the knowledge that you will need.

This not my post, but I think you should know about it if you use FRESHA.

Just a note for anyone using Fresha as their booking system. They recently added additional charges, but I have discovered that they have even charged me for clients who aren't even having appointments and they are refusing to refund.

They also emailed me a few days ago to inform me that they are submitting a report of earnings to HMRC, which they have never informed me of upon taking on their services. This is causing no end of problems because I do a lot fo charity slots, which still go through the booking system. They are telling hMRC that I have therefore earned up to £1500 more than I have per month, because they are counting my charity slots, for which I get no money. This potentially means I may have a large tax bill coming in when I haven't earned the money. Fresha claimed that all booking systems do this, but this simply is not true.

I have also just been informed by another booking system that Freshas business model means that they take your client details and direct those clients to other services to make money, which I don't feel is appropriate.

Just thought I'd mention this as I think a lot of people are possibly completely unaware.
