The Registered Managers Network for Wakefield have started a petition to help acknowledge the skills and abilities of our care team/sector. Social care is at risk if we don’t fight for better pay, terms and conditions, don’t let this happen.

Social care workers are highly skilled professionals. We need the Government to provide ring-fenced funding that will lead Local Authority/Integrated Care Boards paying social care rates that reflect the value of the social care sector and the provision of safe practice.
