Life gets busy.

Work, family, kids, grandkids, everything in between…

And somewhere along the way, it’s easy for yourself to drop down the list.

But then there are those moments that crop up
👉Running around the park.
👉Playing with the kids or grandkids.
👉Being asked “come play with me”…

And you want to say yes without hesitation because you’re.
👊Not out of breath.
👊Not worried about your back, knees, or energy levels.

Just… able.

That’s what this is really about.

Not intense workouts or quick fixes but building a body that helps you enjoy your life:
✅️Feeling stronger in everyday things
✅️Moving with less stiffness and fewer aches
✅️Having more energy throughout the day
✅️Looking after your long-term health
✅️So you can keep up, join in and feel good doing it.

I’m currently looking for 3 people (40+) in the Morley area who want a bit of support getting started (or getting back into it) on their 'COOL' status.

Face-to-face personal training, tailored to you, at your pace.

That might look like simple strength work, paired with things like Primal Flow, a way of moving that helps you feel more mobile, more coordinated and more in control of your body again.

If you’ve been thinking about it for a while, this might be your sign to start.

We can move with intention and we can just move! Both have a place in your movement practice.

As we age balance naturally declines, making balance training crucial for maintaining independence and a healthy lifestyle. It can help reduce the risk of falls too.

Andy struggled on his right leg today (existing ni**le - he balanced on his left though) so rather than get him to watch Irene, I got him involved while she balanced and played catch.

Increasing hand eye coordination, reaction time, balance, stability and proprioception.

Had a laugh too 🤣
