Congratulations on the excellent collaborative work by the Paediatric department and Medical Education & Simulation Hub for organising and running the MRCPCH clinical exams.

Held at the Oakwell Centre at Dewsbury and District Hospital last Thursday and Friday, the exams are an essential part of training for Paediatric doctors and allow them to become Members of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health. There are four separate postgraduate medical exams (three theory and one clinical) in total, all of which have to be passed to gain full membership. Everyone involved, both staff and candidates certainly had their work cut out!

Pictured are the teams from Paediatrics and MESH including exam hosts, Dr Steve Jones (far right of the group), Dr Rajeeva Singh (second from left) and Dr Helen Roper, the Royal College Chief Examiner (sixth from right).
