“I eat healthy… but I’m still gaining weight.”
We hear this all the time and it usually isn’t because you’re “doing it wrong.”
Most often it’s one (or a mix) of these:
✅ Portions and frequency creep up (healthy food is still energy)
✅ Liquid calories and little extras (coffee add-ons, oils, sauces, “just a bite” while cooking)
✅ Sleep and stress driving appetite and cravings, even when food quality is good
A calmer, more effective question than “What should I cut out?” is:
“What’s changed in the last 4–6 weeks?”
That’s where the answer usually is.
