After a week off with my oldest client (Mum) which involved lots of shopping trips( great) but I definitely watched too much news. Getting back in the treatment room yesterday brought my focus back to what I can control. It’s always a joy to bring much needed peace and relaxation. I also had my treatment exchange yesterday when I get to enjoy my own heated couch and remember how much I love reflexology. Sleep score last night was the highest since I did an ice bath and sauna a month ago ❤️ 👣

When the early evenings are dark it is cosy in my treatment room but it was rather lovely last night when it was still quite light for my 6.00pm and we could hear birds singing ❤️ 👣

One more client before my Christmas break until the 30th. Which means that I will be treating my family who don’t normally get a look in any more. Mainly my 88 year old Mum, who absolutely loves it and the boys who appreciate an Indian Head massage. Thank you to all my wonderful clients who make my job so rewarding and enjoyable.
What about my husband and Louis the dog? Well, Louis gets a massage every evening whilst I chill and makes lots of silly noises. Husband? Totally neglected, I must do better😇 Happy Christmas 🎄

One of things I love about my treatment suite is because it’s so peaceful, you can hear nature. Tonight it was the wind, sometimes it’s the rain and my favourite, in springtime, the birds. ❤️ 👣
