An amazing treatment that, over the years, has blown my mind with amazing outcomes!
Reflexology changed my world 21yrs ago when I got pregnant while training in it. It was completely unexpected after 7yrs of infertility. Coincidence I hear you say, it wasn't just me, two of the other students were also pregnant by the end of the course, both had suffered long term infertility.
I have current clients benefitting greatly from reflexology with issues including, diverticulitis, ibs, Insomnia, stress, anxiety, following cancer treatment, migraines, constipation and many others.

👣 World Reflexology Week 👣

This week sees the return of World Reflexology Week. This treatment has a special place in my heart. For 7yrs I tried to fall pregnant, was diagnosed with unexplained infertility. I parked the idea of becoming a parent as my mental health needed a break. I was given the opportunity of attending a one year course to train in Reflexology. 7 months into the course I was pregnant. I learnt a lot in that 12 months! Feet are amazing and tell me so much, they rarely hide things 🤪
So for new reflexology bookings for October I'm doing a special offer, £30 per session (usually £45). Give it a try and see what all the fuss is about 👣

Over the last 6 months I have learnt a lot. We need to look after ourselves just as much as we do others. Children, partners, work, life in generally is always taking, sometimes giving but often we are neglecting ourselves, our own emotional and physical wellbeing is overlooked.
