Yesterday I was invited to attend a Menopause Wellness Event offering relaxing arm and hand massages to attendees 💆‍♀️✨ It was lovely to see the incredible wellbeing team & menopause/wellbeing champions create such a supportive space with wonderful guest speakers who are passionate about menopause & women’s health, stalls and activities designed to educate and empower their staff 🌿💜

Talking openly about perimenopause and menopause is essential to raising awareness & understanding. 💛 🌷
