I've needed to announce this for about a week, but ironically I've not had time 🤣

I'm fully booked for new clients until FEB 2026 🙏🥰

Please know some prices are rising in the new year in line with my experience, skills and the fact I've not raised them since before covid. These will be for guest facilitator and course creations however any contracts booked and paid for before the new year will be honoured at 2025 rates. 121 prices will not be rising just yet. So if you have been wanting to book me for some fun wellbeing at your retreat, or have me produce resources for you to use at any point next year, now is the time to book it in.

Whatever you think your demons are, they're not trying to ruin your life, they're just trying to get your attention... and often they will use your body to try and get through to you

Stop fighting them and start to get curious about what they're trying to let you know.

Help them do their job.

Help them release burdens they've been holding on to.

Thank them for caring so much about you they've gone to so much effort to get you to listen despite you're attempts to overrule, ignore, or fight them.

Start loving them back, and I promise they will be the best bestie to you that you could imagine
