✨Total triage starts nationally today. We have been working this way since 1st September 2025.
What we have learned this past month is that there is still a big rush for appointment requests on Monday mornings. We are much quieter the latter half of the week. Remember Patchs is open 8am - 6.30pm every day. If you can avoid Monday mornings, that would be helpful.

Receptionists are taking longer on phone calls as they are filling out Patchs on patients behalf. If you can fill out Patchs yourself, please do and save the receptionists time for our vulnerable patients.

Please give accurate information and as much detail as possible. If Patchs deems your request as urgent, they will refer you to 111, 999 or to telephone the practice.

Continue to give feedback via the Patchs site as this is very useful
