My name is Carlita and I am a deeply intuitive person, with a purpose and great passion for helping people rediscover themselves and supporting them to connect with their pure essence so that they can remember and return to who they are. I am a qualified RYT 200 Yoga Instructor, currently based in Wallingford - Oxfordshire. At the age of 24 I moved to the UK from Madrid to continue with my Marketing and Business Career as well as leaning the language. After 12+ years living in Oxford & London, I decided to leave my corporate tech career to pursue my passion of teaching yoga and continue with my yoga studies. It brings me enormous satisfaction and a great sense of well-being to be able to share the knowledge and the tools that I have gained along many years of studying yoga which have helped me, and still helps me every day through my journey of life.

I believe that yoga is a natural and highly efficient system for healing, health and happiness. I have experienced a massive change within myself and I am very excited to share these tools with you so that you can also benefit from them.

Yoga has increased my strength, flexibility, body control & body awareness but most importantly for me was the inward mental journey that became the hardest but definitely the most rewarding journey I have ever been on.

The ability to help others have a positive mental attitude and a happier life brings happiness to my heart.

My classes are very special and unique, built around my own personal experiences. They are approachable with challenging flows for the body and the mind, focusing on body control and strength using the breath to carry my students through their own personal yoga practice.

I encourage my students to work with their own edge and to forget about how it looks as the most important part is about how it makes you feel in the body and mind.

Creating and holding a safe space, non-judgemental and for everyone is what I am looking forward to and I would love YOU to be part of it. Through my social media platforms, I am willing to share high quality content for all levels including yoga asana, breathwork, guided meditations & daily mindfulness.

This week’s practice invites us to slow down and tune into the body’s quieter signals—the subtle messages we often miss when life feels busy or the mind is loud.

From a physiological perspective, this mindful listening activates the parasympathetic nervous system, supporting rest, recovery, and emotional balance. Softening muscles and deepening the breath increases vagal tone, helping regulate heart rate, reduce stress hormones, and strengthen nervous system resilience.

Through Forrest Yoga’s mindful breathwork and sustained poses, we learn to observe sensations as information rather than tension to resist. Each pause, each breath, becomes an opportunity to reconnect neural awareness between mind and body—enhancing interoception, the ability to sense what’s happening within.

This practice is more than movement—it’s a science-backed path to emotional clarity, reduced anxiety, and restored inner harmony.

As autumn deepens and the days grow slower, our bodies call for steadiness and connection. This October, I’m holding two special Forrest Yoga Inspired Flow sessions at The Cart Shed — a beautiful space to breathe, ground, and reconnect to your strength.

Join me for a 2-hour Cacao Ceremony — a sacred pause to gather, breathe, and journey inward with the gentle medicine of cacao, guided meditation, and ritual. Together, we will:
