Clematis 🌱
This remedy is for those stuck in the future, daydreaming of what will be, without living and feeling happy or settled in the present 💭
In his book the Twelve Healers and Other Remedies, Dr Bach says:
📖
“Those who are dreamy, drowsy, not fully awake, no great interest in life. Quiet people, not really happy in their present circumstances, living more in the future than in the present; living in hopes of happier times, when their ideals may come true. In illness, some make little or no effort to get well.”
The Clematis remedy helps us to come back to ourselves, bringing us into the present and allowing us to act on our dreams instead of living in fantasy 💭
Clematis is a key remedy in Dr Bach’s crisis formula, also known as Rescue, helping to centre us and settle a light-headedness that comes in moments of high stress or panic 💥

Cherry Plum 🍒
Cherry plum is the remedy for the fear of losing control and doing something irrational 🤯
Cherry Plum can be particularly helpful for toddlers suffering from a tantrum 🌪️
Try offering Cherry Plum in a bottle of water, or gently rubbing some on their pulse points if they won’t accept any in that moment🚰
Toddlers brains are still very new to the world, and they lack the language and emotional regulation skills to handle big feelings like frustration, anger or being overwhelmed 💥
It is important, and healthy, to allow them to express these big emotions in a safe way ❤️‍🩹 However, Cherry Plum can help to soothe this state of frustration and lead them back to a more balanced self 🌷
Let us remember to hold our toddlers emotions with understanding and empathy, showing them what a balanced regulation looks like by staying calm, and not shaming them for expressing themselves 🧘‍♀️
The remedies work with our emotions, offering a helping hand to balance, not as a preventative or cure 🌱
If you think Cherry Plum might help you and your family and would like to talk to someone directly then please visit our website for the full list of Bach Foundation Registered Practitioners, 💐 and find a registered practitioner local to you! (Link in bio 🔗)

Heal Thyself 📚💐
In his writings Dr Bach philosophised that in order to find overall health and happiness we must first achieve alignment of both personality and soul 🕊️
This balance can be found by listening to our gut, being guardians of our own ship, and following our own path, not the path that others may want us to follow 📚
The 38 flower remedies are there to help us on this journey, bringing our emotions into balance, and in turn allowing for harmony of mind, body and soul, creating space for a healthy whole 💫

The Impatiens flower remedy is for, what the name implies, impatience 🌷
Anyone can get into this state of mind, but there are also genuine Impatiens types, who live life at a rush and dislike being held back by more methodical people⌛️
📖 In his book The Twelve Healers and Other Remedies, Dr Bach says: “Those who are quick in thought and action and who wish all things to be done without hesitation or delay. When ill they are anxious for a hasty recovery. They find it very difficult to be patient with people who are slow, as they consider it wrong and a waste of time, and they will endeavour to make such people quicker in all ways. They often prefer to work and think alone, so that they can do everything at their own speed.”
The Impatiens remedy helps treat the frustration and irritability that come along with impatience 🌷 It allows us to relax, letting others move at their own pace, and in turn find balance within ourselves 🌷

“Let us not fear to plunge into life; we are here to gain experience and knowledge and we shall learn but little unless we face realities and seek to our utmost” 💐
This quote, from Dr. Bach’s book Heal Thyself, serves as a gentle reminder that life can present us with many different realities, and it is through these moments that we truly learn and grow 🌷
Without stepping into the things that scare us, or facing the challenges that arise along our path, we cannot expand our understanding of the world around us, or come to know what we truly deserve 🌻
The boundaries we learn to set within life’s ever-changing sphere become essential cornerstones of personal growth, self-worth, and happiness, allowing our true selves to roam freely and bloom 🌷
