Dr Bach’s philosophy centres around the importance of simplicity, as well as achieving alignment of both personality and soul 🌱
Through his writings Dr Bach argues that physical symptoms are an outward reflection of an inner conflict or negative emotional state 🌬️
In his book Heal Thyself Dr Bach says: “It is in the simple things of life - the simple things because they are nearer the great Truth - that real pleasure is to be found” 📚
Dr Bach’s ‘great Truth’ is his core philosophy of seeing our health as a whole, instead of one single ailment, and an aim to embrace a holistic view of the person in their entirety 🧘
This ‘great Truth’ focuses on our personal growth, encouraging us to gain knowledge and embrace the difficulties and failures in our path 🌷 In turn, allowing us to find alignment in body, mind and soul 💫
This spiritual and emotional balance is the pinnacle of Dr Bach’s philosophy of health ⚖️ and it is through the 38 flower remedies that we are offered a helping hand to healing 💐
The quote in our post is from Dr Bach’s book Heal Thyself 📖 and is a wonderful reminder that harmony can be found at any point in life, wherever we may reside, and even more so, by pairing back the noise that surrounds us, we not only find simplicity, but welcome calm, reflection and, in turn, alignment. 🧘
As Dr Bach inspirits: “Finally, let us not fear to plunge into life; we are here to gain experience and knowledge, and we shall learn but little unless we face realities and seek to our utmost.” 💐

Pine is the remedy for those suffering with guilt 🌲
Guilt can be felt at various times of life and for a variety of different reasons 😥 This guilt can be significant even when we are not the one at fault or the events are outside of our control🌲
The Pine remedy helps us to acknowledge our own blame, where there is one to own, finding room for accountability and peace 🌷 This newfound balance allows us to clear our minds, to put right the wrongs, or set free that which isn’t ours to hold 🕊️
📖 In his book the Twelve Healers and Other Remedies, Dr Bach says: “For those who blame themselves. Even when successful they think that they could have done better, and are never content with their efforts or the results. They are hard-working and suffer much from the faults they attach to themselves. Sometimes if there is any mistake it is due to another, but they will claim responsibility even for that.” 📚

“Treat the cause not the effect” 🌷
Dr Bach’s famous quote is a central tenet of his philosophy, which he explained in detail in his book Heal Thyself 📖
In this and other writings, he argued that physical illness is the end result of an underlying emotional or spiritual imbalance, specifically a conflict between the soul and personality 💫
His system of 38 flower remedies was developed to address these negative emotional and mental states, thereby treating the fundamental cause of the ailment and allowing true healing to occur 🌱
It is important to note that each remedy holds a positive potential, and through the remedies we can find balance, remove any emotional blocks and allow ourselves to reconnect with our true nature and life purpose, leading to health and healing 🌿
If you are unsure where to start, or what remedies you need, then there are BFRP’s (Bach Foundation Registered Practitioners) all over the world that are here to help 💐 Simply visit our website for the full list of Registered Bach Practitioners and find one local to you 🍃

The Impatiens flower remedy is for, what the name implies, impatience 🌷
Anyone can get into this state of mind, but there are also genuine Impatiens types, who live life at a rush and dislike being held back by more methodical people⌛️
📖 In his book The Twelve Healers and Other Remedies, Dr Bach says: “Those who are quick in thought and action and who wish all things to be done without hesitation or delay. When ill they are anxious for a hasty recovery. They find it very difficult to be patient with people who are slow, as they consider it wrong and a waste of time, and they will endeavour to make such people quicker in all ways. They often prefer to work and think alone, so that they can do everything at their own speed.”
The Impatiens remedy helps treat the frustration and irritability that come along with impatience 🌷 It allows us to relax, letting others move at their own pace, and in turn find balance within ourselves 🌷

“Let us not fear to plunge into life; we are here to gain experience and knowledge and we shall learn but little unless we face realities and seek to our utmost” 💐
This quote, from Dr. Bach’s book Heal Thyself, serves as a gentle reminder that life can present us with many different realities, and it is through these moments that we truly learn and grow 🌷
Without stepping into the things that scare us, or facing the challenges that arise along our path, we cannot expand our understanding of the world around us, or come to know what we truly deserve 🌻
The boundaries we learn to set within life’s ever-changing sphere become essential cornerstones of personal growth, self-worth, and happiness, allowing our true selves to roam freely and bloom 🌷
