Meet the consultant. I’m Jane & I have been the consultant in Slimming World Groups in Selsdon & West Croydon over the past 11years. Now I am looking after Wallington. I am 58 & have been with SW for over 16 years in total.
I have lost 4 stone. I am a type 2 Diabetic in remission & no longer on medication.
July 2025 I was diagnosed with early onset osteoarthritis of the spine. Losing weight is no longer about vanity, how I look. It is now about necessity. I wanted a life where I could choose to eat what I wanted in moderation and the only way I could do that was getting the diabetes under control. With my recent diagnosis, it’s been ever more important for me to shed those extra pounds to give myself the best opportunity of mobility.
If you want to find out more either message me, text or simply turn up. At Slimmming world, we actively support members that are taking weight loss of medication. With our support you can continue to lose weight and keep it off. We currently have members in group that are on Glp1 medication.
Classes are Tuesdays 5.30 & 7.00
