And lift off! ๐ (Almost..) Rebuilding my strength after baby ๐ถ Still a long way to go but little by little (one foot at a time! ๐
) I feel like Iโm getting there.. trying not to rush or push too much.. I keep telling myself it took my body 9 months to build a baby so itโs probably going to take about that to get back to my pre-pregnancy practice and thatโs totally ok ๐๐
