Mind & Body offers a wide range of therapies and beauty treatments.

All the Treatments take place in a cozy log cabin, nestled in the tranquil setting of my garden. You will be transported into a place of relaxation enjoying the sounds of nature whilst enjoying your treatment.

My wish is to give each person the perfect treatment experience, whether its from a soothing massage, a pedicure to any other treatments. Drawing on my 30 years of spa experience I like to ensure you will receive the highest standard of treatment and personal care.
