Creativity in full bloom this Easter at Croftdene 🐣🎨
Some of our residents enjoyed a wonderful crafting session using tissue paper, guided by stencils thoughtfully prepared by our Activities Coordinator, Helen.
The results were truly fantastic—filled with colour, creativity, and a sense of pride in every piece created.
A lovely way to celebrate the season while bringing everyone together through creativity and joy.

A beautiful Easter service at Croftdene ✝️🌷💛

We were delighted to welcome Kim, the Vicar from St Mary’s, who led a lovely Easter service for our residents and families.

It was a truly special moment of reflection, togetherness, and celebration, made even more meaningful by having families join us. Moments like these bring so much comfort and joy to our home, especially during such a cherished time of year.

Following on from our previous post about the beautiful handmade Easter cards created for our residents 🐣💛

We’re delighted to share these lovely moments of the Brownie leader delivering the thoughtful cards, lovingly made by her Brownies, to Croftdene.

Each card carries not only Easter wishes, but also kindness, care, and a wonderful sense of community spirit. It’s truly heartwarming to see younger generations bringing so much joy to our residents through such meaningful gestures.

A huge thank you to the Brownies and their leader for spreading smiles and making this Easter extra special for everyone at Croftdene. Moments like these remind us how powerful simple acts of kindness can be. ✨

A beautiful act of kindness, spanning generations this Easter 🐣💛

At Croftdene, our wonderful Activities Coordinator, Helen shared that her friend, a Brownie leader, arranged for children to create handmade Easter cards for each of our residents.

Thoughtfully made by little hands and big hearts, these cards are sure to bring smiles, warmth, and a sense of connection to everyone who receives them.

A lovely reminder of how small gestures can make a truly meaningful difference.
