💗 Take-Time Thursday because rest is best… and your nervous system deserves a reset. 💗

I am SO excited to confirm that the lovely Elizabeth is back with us in March for another beautiful creative and healing Sound Bath Experience… excited for this one 🙌 🌸✨

Last time you all absolutely loved creating your guardian angels and this time Elizabeth will be gently guiding everyone to create their own meaningful flower, a symbol of growth, healing and personal energy. Then connecting with your flower and the angels 🪽 🌼

Once your flowers are created, we’ll settle into a deeply relaxing sound healing journey, followed by gentle Reiki healing with me ( Spiritual Flamingo )🦩 giving you time to rest, receive and simply be held in a calm nurturing space.

💜 International Epilepsy Day - 2nd Monday in February every year💜

Yesterday was world epilepsy day and this year feels extra special to me… because I am celebrating 1.5 years seizure free and honestly, I am over the moon about it 🥹✨

Living seizure free is something I am incredibly grateful for every single day.
But I also want to share the honest side… epilepsy doesn’t just disappear. It’s still something I live with daily. The tiredness, fatigue and forgetfulness can be really draining and learning when to rest, slow down and not overdo things is an ongoing journey especially when you run your own business.

Some days are challenging. Some days feel heavier than others.
But what keeps me going is the incredible support around me 💖

My clients, my family, my friends… you are honestly amazing. Your kindness, patience and understanding mean more than I can ever put into words. So today I just want to say a huge THANK YOU to every single person who supports me, cheers me on and reminds me to look after myself too.

Here’s to another year and many more of being seizure free ✨

One day at a time… with lots of gratitude along the way.

In the pic I was a very frightened women not knowing what was going to happen moving forward in my life but oh my I have met amazing people, have my own business and also know the importance of looking after me first.

✨ Training Day at Spiritual Flamingo ✨

Today I’m stepping deeper into my shamanic training as I work towards my certificate — and I’m so excited to be holding space for a power retrieval healing session. 🪶🥁

My lovely client will be journeying to reconnect with the strength and parts of herself she feels may have been lost, ready to move forward feeling empowered and supported.

During these sessions I work with the drum and shamanic rattle to guide the journey and create a safe, nurturing space for healing.

This is my first official one as part of my training and I have a few more to complete before I begin offering them more widely but I’m already feeling the magic and transformation that can come from this beautiful work. ✨
