Tonight is a really special night at Spiritual Flamingo 🦩✨

Our very first Women’s Circle begins this evening and I honestly have a mix of excitement, gratitude… and a few butterflies too.

Four amazing women are coming together to share space, slow down, relax and simply be in the company of like-minded women.

There’s something so powerful about women sitting together, supporting each other and creating a safe space where everyone can just breathe and refill their cup.

I’m feeling a little nervous (in the best way!) but mostly I feel honoured to be holding this space tonight. 💗

Women’s Circles are all about connection, calm and community - a place to Find Your Flock, Fill Your Cup and Flow & Grow together.

Happy Wednesday!!! It’s a sunny one and I am smiling ☀️😊

I never thought I would say this… but I’m officially a lover of networking! 🤩

I’ve just picked up this brilliant little book from Small Business Vibes and I absolutely love it.

It’s perfect for writing down who’s speaking, what they do and keeping all those amazing connections in one place. I think I’ll be taking it along to other networking meetings too!

I even spoke with confidence today (although I may have apologised for going a tiny bit over my time 🙈). But honestly… what an amazing group of women. You are all incredible and it’s so inspiring hearing about your businesses and passions.

This is the crafty, creative side.
You’ll be guided to intuitively create a flower that represents YOU.

Not just sticking petals together…

• What you’re growing through
• What needs nurturing
• What power is blooming inside you

Your flower becomes symbolic. Personal. Powerful.

Then…

🎶 Part 2 – Sound Healing Journey
We’ll move into deep relaxation with:

• Crystal singing bowls and other instruments
• Gentle grounding energy

You’ll be guided to meet your flower power in meditation.

To understand what it represents.
To feel where you’re ready to bloom next.
