✨ Purple Day Reflections ✨
Today has been one of those days where I’ve just felt… really happy 💜
This morning started beautifully with two lovely clients, both enjoying hot stone massages and honestly, there’s something so special about holding space for relaxation and healing. It fills my cup just as much as it fills theirs 🫶
Then it was a little lunch, some admin (because let’s be real, that never ends 😂), followed by a cheeky nap… because rest is best, always 😴
Dinner with the family and a chilled evening to finish - simple, calm and exactly what I needed.
Sitting here now, I realise just how important self-care truly is because I know… if I didn’t look after me, I wouldn’t have my business, I wouldn’t be able to give to others and honestly… I wouldn’t feel like me.
Self care isn’t a luxury, it’s everything 💫
Today also felt extra special wearing my fabulous Purple Day t-shirt, designed by the amazing Sam from Something Profound. I wear it with so much pride 💜
