I have exciting news! I started a passion podcast!
Conscious Cuppas - A collection of inspiring conversations with people that I've been blessed to meet and learn from on my healing journey! Sharing nourishing content aligned with my values to inspire heart-led, embodied life connected to your own truth and fully expressed!

My last episode was chatting with our lovely Asheena about Sisterhood as the blanket to unpick Conditioning, Comparison and Competition. Advocating for sisterhood in our lives has been and continues to be so healing for me, and it was an honour to dive into this with my sister Ash, who co-hosts circle with me. If you're curious about circle but don't know much about these spaces, I'd encourage you to have a listen! We are super excited to share with you an empowering circle as we burst into summer energy! We will be sharing some movement to connect to our inner warrior, some meditation and making our own smudge sticks to take home from locally foraged herbs and flowers, to keep our energy cleansed and fresh this season!

We will be at beautiful Delilah's Art Gallery, The Old Square Shopping Centre, Walsall Town Centre
Please arrive at 1 pm to settle ready to start at 1:15 - 4pm.

So we had our latest Women's Wisdom Circle last Sunday and wow!! I was vibing so high afterwards!

It was another incredible circle. We explored the theme of creativity and the approaching season of spring.

We learnt some Anglo Saxon folklore about spring and rabbits, we poured our souls onto paper, we created without expectations and we shared in this sacred space. It was BEAUTIFUL.

Hello lovely ladies!

Wow, we are still riding high from the amazing energy shared, shifted and created during last week's circle! We are doing some beautiful work and it feels so good!

We are really excited to share that our next circle on *Sunday the 13th February* is going to be a collaboration with our lovely artist friend who some of you know from circle, who is going to host us at her art gallery space in Walsall and teach us BELLYDANCING!

Delilah has taught me that bellydance, in its’ roots, is a dance by women for women – it is not for men’s entertainment the way it is portrayed in modern culture. The movements represent those of the womb and birth, so it’s such an empowering divine feminine practice!
What better way to celebrate LOVE for ourselves, our bodies that carry us through life, and for each other than to experience this together :D No experience required, two left feet welcome, if you fall we will catch you!
