Manjinder Joshi, Managing Director of Caring Care, visited the Aaina Community Hub in Walsall today. Manny reached out to the Aaina organisation, which supports women across the community, to explore how Caring Care can help create meaningful and flexible employment opportunities.

She was joined by HR Lead Zaaima and Preeti from the Training and Recruitment team at Caring Care to discuss how the organisation can better support women returning to work. Drawing on her own lived experience of balancing personal responsibilities with professional ambitions, Manny spoke openly about the challenges many women face when seeking employment. Her story resonated strongly with the women in the room, who represented a wide range of backgrounds from across the West Midlands.

The conversation highlighted Caring Care’s commitment to ensuring that work is flexible, accessible and designed to fit alongside family and life commitments. It was a valuable opportunity to connect, listen and share ideas about how to empower more women to enter and thrive in the care sector.

We were also delighted to welcome Firoza Kasujee, Regional Recruitment Manager for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), whose presence added further insight and support to the discussion.

Our heart and foundations are in Walsall, and that’s where our commitment to the community begins.

We’re pleased to share that our Managing Director, Manjinder Joshi, will be speaking at Aaina Hub in Walsall on Wednesday 4th March from 10:30 to 12:00.

This open community event will focus on women returning to work, exploring the opportunities available and how flexible employment in care can support individuals balancing family life and personal commitments.

For Manjinder, this is especially meaningful. Having been born and raised in Walsall, giving back to the local community and supporting women into employment is something she is deeply passionate about.

At Caring Care, we believe in creating opportunities that work around real lives, offering roles that are flexible, supportive and built on trust, professionalism and compassion.

We look forward to connecting with members of the community and continuing to play our part in creating positive local impact.

What if someone feels nervous about accepting care?

It’s a question many families ask. Starting care can feel like a big step, especially if someone has always valued their independence. Feeling unsure is completely natural.

At Caring Care, we approach new support gently and without pressure. Time is taken to build familiarity, understand preferences and establish trust at a pace that feels right. Care should never feel rushed or imposed. It should feel respectful, reassuring and led by the person receiving it.

If you or a loved one are feeling hesitant about taking that first step, our team is here to talk it through.

Care needs rarely change all at once. More often, it’s small shifts in energy, routine or confidence that signal someone may need a little more support. It can feel difficult for families to know when to act, and many worry about getting the timing wrong.

That’s why regular reviews are such an important part of the care we provide. At Caring Care, we complete reviews at 48 hours, four months and annually as standard, as well as whenever circumstances change. This allows us to adapt support gradually, keeping care aligned with the person’s needs while maintaining comfort and stability at home.

And if needs do change suddenly, we are here to respond quickly and provide the additional support required.

If you’re unsure whether it’s time to adjust care for a loved one, our team is here to guide you.

Valentine’s Day isn’t just about flowers and chocolates - it’s the perfect time to check in on your heart health. ❤️

High blood pressure is often called the “silent killer” because it has no symptoms, but regular monitoring can help prevent serious health issues.

At Caring Care, we support our clients in maintaining their well-being, including gentle reminders for blood pressure checks and promoting a heart-healthy lifestyle through our home care services. Small changes, like staying active, eating well, and managing stress, can make a big difference in heart health.

Have you checked your blood pressure recently? Take a moment today to prioritise your health - or the health of a loved one.

Need support at home? Our compassionate team are here to help.

Getting care right starts with understanding the person, not just the tasks. Our carers take time to learn daily routines, preferences and the small details that matter most, because those are what make care feel comfortable and familiar.

This approach is especially important for people living with dementia, anxiety or long-term conditions, where trust and consistency make a real difference. By building relationships over time, care becomes something that supports independence and confidence, rather than something that feels disruptive.

It’s part of our commitment to delivering care that is respectful, personal and built on trust.

For many families, home care is about extra support, not stepping away. It’s often helpful when relatives want to stay involved but need reassurance, flexibility or help at certain times of the day.

At Caring Care, we work alongside families, planning care around existing routines and preferences. Whether it’s support during working hours, help with specific tasks or additional reassurance, our approach is designed to complement family care, not replace it.

If you’re exploring care options for a loved one and want support that works alongside your family, our team is here to talk.

A night dedicated to recognising and celebrating the people who make Caring Care what it is.

Our awards ceremony gave us the opportunity to celebrate the dedication, compassion and professionalism shown by our Caring Care family throughout 2025. The joy captured in these moments reflects the pride our teams take in their work and the impact they make every day.

All award nominations were submitted by our internal teams, making each recognition a meaningful reflection of peer appreciation and shared values. The evening concluded with the Directors Award, recognising outstanding commitment and contribution.

We were also proud to celebrate alongside our valued partners The Access Group , Wilkes Tranter & Co, Fountain Solicitors and our community partner Moor Hall School to whom we donated £2,200. Through our raffle on the night, we were pleased to pledge a donation of £700 to Roy Castle Lung Foundation, supporting the important work they do.

A true celebration of achievement, partnership and the people at the heart of Caring Care.
