🌿✨ A New Chapter ✨🌿

Some of you will have noticed I’ve stepped away from beauty and holistic treatments. That chapter of my journey was beautiful, but it’s time for me to walk a different path — one that feels lighter, truer, and more aligned with where my energy wants to flow.

This shift isn’t me “quitting” — it’s me evolving. I’m grateful for everyone who supported me through the last season, and I’d love for you to join me in this new one.

For over a decade, I’ve supported people through the physical side of wellbeing—Massage, Reiki, Facials, Nails and other treatments. I love that work, but I began to see a deeper truth: so many of us carry stress, pain, and patterns that no massage alone can fully release.

That realisation, along with my own journey living with fibromyalgia, hypermobility, ADHD and life’s emotional highs and lows, inspired me to evolve. I wanted to offer something that doesn’t just soothe for an hour, but helps create real, lasting change.

Yoga Life Coaching is that bridge. It weaves together the wisdom of yoga, breathwork, and meditation with the forward momentum of coaching. It’s about guiding people to not only ease tension in their bodies but also to shift their energy, mindset, and daily life.

My mission now is simple: to help you reconnect with your inner strength, find clarity when you feel lost, and build practices that support your body, mind, and spirit—so you can move through life lighter, stronger, and more aligned

I am currently going through training for this, I already hold my 200YTT. But im expanding my knowledge 😊
