We hope you're all keeping safe and warm! Due to the bad weather and hazardous road conditions, the clinic will be closed today. We'd hate for anyone to risk slipping on the ice or getting stuck in the snow trying to reach us.

For those of you with appointments today, our team will be in touch shortly to help reschedule your appointment for a safer day.

I’m so happy to share that I’ll be returning to practice in February 2026 after my maternity leave!

It’s been a truly special year, and I’m looking forward to seeing both familiar and new faces again.

Many thanks to my wonderful colleagues who cared for my patients during my time away. From February, I’ll be available for appointments on Tuesday and Friday mornings.

If you’d like to return to my care, please contact the clinic to book your appointment.

As my availability will be limited, patients who need times outside of my hours are encouraged to continue with their current chiropractor to keep care consistent.

I can’t wait to be back in the clinic — thank you all for your continued support! 💛

We will have no Chiropractors available from the 23rd of December until the 5th of January. We still have limited availability this week and next Monday so if you have been thinking about seeing us before Christmas then we advise you book in as soon as possible. If we don’t see you until the new year, have a great Christmas 🎄

Exciting news!
We would like to introduce a new team member.

Lauren’s passion for chiropractic began early thanks to her mother, whose seminars and professional events ignited a lifelong curiosity about health and the human body.

After earning a degree in Clinical Psychology in France, Lauren realised she wanted to combine mind-body care — leading her to study Chiropractic at Health Science University in Bournemouth, where she recently graduated. She developed a special focus on sports chiropractic, gaining hands-on experience with athletes and active clients in clinic.

When she’s not helping people move and feel their best, you’ll find Lauren singing, playing tennis, or skiing in the French Alps while visiting her family.

Who's really regulated? Osteopaths, Chiropractors or Physiotherapists

❌ Myth: “Chiropractors aren’t properly regulated like other healthcare professionals.”
✅ Fact: In the UK, all three professions must be registered by law to practise:

🔹 Osteopaths – legally regulated since 1993 by the General Osteopathic Council.
🔹 Chiropractors – legally regulated since 1994 by the General Chiropractic Council.
🔹 Physiotherapists – regulation only became compulsory in 2003 under the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
