Plank Challenge!! 💪
We often give our patients exercises to do at home to help with their rehabilitation....and we make sure we're doing our exercise too!😂
The whole team took part in a plank challenge, with Richard being our winner at 3 minutes and 1 second!

Mae used to work here at the clinic as a CA, and left in 2017 to study Chiropractic at AECC in Bournemouth. In her spare time, she enjoys music and plays the guitar and piano! Mae will be joining Richard as a Chiropractor here at the clinic- It's nice to have you back Mae!👋💜
