We'll begin on Monday 9 March, and the programme lasts for 12 weeks. 📅

Together, we'll learn about wellbeing, healthy habits, and unlock the power of small changes. 🧘⭐

Did you know we run weekly wellbeing walks? 🌳

Join us TOMORROW at 11:30am. We'll be meeting at the cafe in Brownhills Community Centre. Then we'll be walking around Clayhanger Common 🚶‍♀️

All walking abilities are welcome! We'll be looking out for signs of spring.🌼

Plus there'll some optional daffodil-inspired crafts and a complimentary post walk drink! ☕

We've been loving the warmer weather this week, anyone else? 🙋‍♀️

One of our wellbeing groups enjoyed a lovely walk around Walsall Arboretum on Monday. We saw so many signs of spring. Flowers are beginning to bloom and there's some wonderful wildlife around the lake.🌼🦆

🪟 Open the curtains straight away – Let in as much natural light as possible to wake up your body and mind.

🫗 Hydrate before caffeine – A glass of water first thing helps rehydrate and kick-start your energy.

🧘 Move for five minutes – Gentle stretches or a quick walk around the house gets your blood flowing and lifts your mood.
